As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our lives in unimaginable ways, each guest’s health and well-being will always be a priority to us at Earth Tones Hair Salon. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, clean and safe by adhering to strict guidelines while still providing a relaxing environment in which you can escape the world as we currently know it.
We need your help! We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines while visiting Earth Tones Hair Salon:
ALL guests are required to wear a face mask, covering both your nose and your mouth. If for some reason you are unable to do so due to a medical condition, please contact the salon at 781-934-7909 and inform a team member prior to your scheduled appointment. We TRULY appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please keep in mind that if you are scheduled to receive a color service, a disposable mask will work best as it will most likely become stained from the hair color.
Due to lack of cell phone reception in the area, it is no longer necessary to call before you enter the salon. Please enter the salon no earlier than your scheduled appointment.
Upon entering, please sanitize your hands immediately. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk as well as each styling station.
Please bring minimal personal belongings into the salon.
We ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. If your child is scheduled for a haircut and is of the age that they can be left in the salon without supervision, we will happily consult with you and then request that you wait in your car until your child’s appointment is complete. Your child’s stylist will direct you on a time to re-enter the salon.
If you or anyone in your family is feeling ill or you know that you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you cancel your appointment. Guests who are unable to keep an appointment because of illness are asked to wait 2 weeks before rescheduling.
When needing to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide 48 hours of notice when possible.
If you enter the salon with cold symptoms, we will immediately ask you to return home and will gladly reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
What Are We Doing to Combat COVID?
Social distancing is important to us! We have extended our operating hours to accommodate guests while keeping the total number of guests and team members in the salon at one time to a minimum.
All services are by appointment only.
After each guest, sinks and styling stations are being sanitized in preparation for the next guest. You can be sure your area has been prepared and made safe, just for you.
Hand sanitizer is abundantly located throughout the salon.
Each guest will be given a clean (as always) styling cape and each stylist will be wearing a clean smock as well as a face mask and gloves.
At any point during your appointment, we can re-book your next appointment and gather all your desired products for a faster checkout process.
